During the holidays I went to work with my parents in a warehouse down a dark ally in Kentish Town, North London. I remember the smell of dusty boxes. There was aisle upon aisle of costume jewellery treasures. I would spend my time rummaging through troves of broken jewellery and stringing together long necklaces. I was surrounded by beads in every colour and material – plastic, shell, ceramic, glass, semi-precious, marcasite, Swarovski stones, pearl, wood.... alongside meters of chain and shelves of stampings. I was blessed to have a world of resources at my fingertips.

The family jewellery business was established by my grandfather. Born in Paris he ended up building one of the first fashion jewellery houses in the UK.
I worked with a team of talented designers making special fashion jewellery for big name brands on the high street. After 9 years doing this I felt it was time to expand my knowledge and I applied to do an MA at Central Saint Martins London.

Here I started to hone my unique skills and developed my knowledge, I utilise beads in innovative ways making three-dimensional forms and re-inventing classic beaded shapes Utilising high quality glass and semi-precious beads incorporating Silver and gold parts to add detail.

I endeavour to make beautiful jewellery steeped in the symbolism of the sacred feminine. Full of heritage and depth jewellery is connected to identity and self-esteem. It can express a tiny bit of your sole, I endeavour to imbue my jewellery with some of this richness.

Most of all I strive to make unique, beautiful and affordable jewellery for everyone.
